thanks soozie-lol-sure thing-send me your address-although I have to say, I really love this bag-I can see myself using it for a long time-it's the perfect size for all my junk lol.
I am so happy you were able to post -- this is lovely!
Love it. Where did you get the pattern?
Thank you. Toogie put the link up on the other picture that she posted for me-she has made a few of these bags and posted them-that's what made me want to try-I loved hers.
This is beautiful, congratulations on a fine job.
That is beautiful. You all are giving me bag fever! lol!
Dear Linda,
I love it and I love the Toile style fabric. Great job and it looks fabulous. Love Chris
thank you Chris-I know-I love the fabric too. And the price was right!! lol
Are there instructions some where to make one of these beautiful bags...I want one too....evie
evie-the link is posted on my post of Lindas bag,go bk to projects page and scroll down to her purse again.
Thank you Toogie, they are really pretty purses, I have been making purses too, different then yours...
Hi. Love the bag. I also downloaded it. Did you have problems with the wavey bit at the top. Yet to try it. Love the color combination.
Can't wait to see yours when you get it done carole. As for the wavey top-it really wasn't too bad-I didn't even bother pinning-just went slowly and "finger pinned" as I went. I want to do the other style next-got all the supplies on hand in my sewing supplies-just have to find the time to do it.
Nice job...glad you were able to post this yourself!
thanks-oh me too-it was driving me crazy that I couldn't get the pic. to upload-
What a Awesome Bag...Well done great work!!!!!
I do hope you made this one for you. It is beautiful in both posts as I am glad it worked out for you to be able to do so.
oh yeah-this is definately for me-it was a trial run anyway. I have no intention on making them for anybody else-well, maybe my daughter-but I am done sewing for others- retired the sewing business & burnt out! ~linda~
I just got back home and what do I see? I see a pretty, toile bag looking at me! Glad you got it uploaded, what was the problem? How did you get it on? Is this for you or to sell? So many questions......lol-Toogie
LOL-just getting caught up here Toogie. I have never actually used Chrome for anything, didn't realize that I had to click it in my system try to activate it-I am such a nervous nelly about clicking on this darn thing. And I have all my favorites on a tool bar at the top of my screen-I just click on whatever one I want to go to and I'm there-but in doing it that way-I am always using IE. That was the problem. Live and learn lol. This bag is for me-I am not going to make any for anyone else- the only sewing I do these days is for a handful of my past customers-strictly drop off and pick up-not fitting/ pinning/remakes-basic hemming and quick jobs. My "full time" job these days is babysitting my beautiful grandson-he's 16 months old and keeps me hoppin'-non-stop bundle of energy and joy :)
As I said before, it is incredibly wonderful! I want one!
Beautiful color --love your choice of fabrics--great job!
Gorgeous! I love the pattern and colours.
Hugs, Nadyne
love it keep sewing girly
thanks Carolyn-I do when I get the chance and the mood hits me-although the 2 don't seem to happen as much these days lol ~linda~
Woo Hoo, well that was worth the wait, it is a beautiful bag and thanks for working so hard to share it with us!!
love the bags a lot - thank you for showing and the link
