Must tell all of you about the WONDERFUL SERVICE I received from RNK Distributing. They are the ones that distribute Floriani Stabilizers, Needles, Threads, Software, etc (they also do Jenny Haskins product too). I had purchased a roll of Floriani Wet N Gone Tacky (sticky Vilene) from a local dealer - and it is not inexpensive. I had issues with it so I took it back to the store and they exchanged it. A little bit into the new roll - same issues. So I contacted RNK and they got right back to me and apologized and said they became aware of the issue after some stock had already made it to dealers. I was asked to send it back to RNK (and they would pay the postage) and they would send me another roll out of the new batch - and a gift for my trouble. Yesterday my roll and my gift (which was a very nice gift) arrived and even though I had not given them a receipt for the postage (because I did use part of the roll) they sent me a check anyway! I am very appreciative of any company that stands behind their product and does the right thing for their customers.

Glad they treated you well. I have found that anything Floriani or RNK (their distributor) is well packaged and well handled. Okay, and premium priced, but always a quality product.

Needles and two spools of new type of thread they are introducing (called micro thread - 60 wt - for fine details, little lettering, etc.) and some designs for the new thread. It was such a nice gift.

Me too. I have been using Floriani products since I started embroidery and I am glad they take care of their customers.
