I have done one more napkin but I'm afraid it looks rather plain? I would like to know what you all think & if you think I might be better off adding a little something more to this?

While you may want to jazz it up by adding to emphasize Mom more, I think it would take away from the beauty of this design. It's a lovely design and since you are doing a set, it would fit right in with the others.
