Just to catch you up. My husband had a great retirement on May 9th and we were on our way home the next day. We had no internet connection the last night or two on the road. We arrived home last Tuesday night. And we still have no internet connection until Monday. But we are home safely. I want to wish a belated happy birthday to all whose birthday I have missed. It will take me a while but I promise to catch up on all I have missed. And I will do it in between unpacking all of the too many boxes that arrived on Thursday.

I am glad to hear you are home safely. Don't talk about internet - mine just came on after about 4 days without...

Hi Karen,

such wonderful news you are finally down South now in your own home. I hope the unpacking goes smoothly. It's Sunday afternoon here as I write this so tomorrow morning I'll be thinking of you unpacking all those boxes. Just think you'll have that wonderful big sewing room to occupy all of your sewing items. I bet you can't wait to get back to your Babylock dealer and catch up with all your old friends.

I do hope you find your scissors whilst unpacking! Love Chris

Your own home. How wonderful. It will not take you too long to get comfortable and now since retirement there is no more need to move. Looking forward to seeing you back at Cute.

Where are you now? I have moved more than my share in my adult life but nothing to compare to military transfers. I understand when the military pays for it it is first class. Hope you had a good move. Kay
