Amazing - reminds me of a stained glass window - just beautiful.
It is STUNNING!!!!Great work, lovely colors used..Well done,You need a Star for this work!!!!
Nice...Thanks for putting the designer in the comment. Your work makes me wonder what they have more,..
I am amazed that you were able to put this together so perfectly! It is quite a feat to create this medallion! And you were able to hang it so it layed flat too...which is not small feat!! Do you know how many yards of thread it took?
I didnt total up the threads only the approx.stitches.It lays flat because I used the stiff batting that is similar to Timtex and the fabric I used was just black homespun I once had as curtains.
Amazing. Over a million stitches? I probably haven't sewn that many with all of my projects combined! Way to go. Thanks for sharing.
beautiful! I love there designs. time consuming, but the beauty, well you can see from your wall hanging!
It is beautiful and love the colours but how do you fix it to the wall???
Stunning...just stunning...you did a wonderful job!
Can you tell us where on their site it is? I can never find anything I am looking for there..
It is under Windows-wallhangings called Rose Window.I am starting on the Waratah Rose window next
You have made one of the most beautiful projects that I have ever seen!!! It is absolutely gorgeous!!! I can't wait to see the next one you are going to do! Hugs, Tammy
Gorgeous work! Thanks for sharing that it was easy because I often look at this type of project wondering how daunting it would be. I might have to try one :-)
Absolutely stunning! What a wonderful color pallet. Suz has some lovely designs on her site.
Wow tis a very beautiful wall hanging, at least it looks like you have it on a wall. It is a window of beauty for sure.
Extraordinary! Easiest...1 million stitches...! Question 1) How many color changes? Question 2) How many hours? Or can you set a Quarto on auto pilot and just let it rip? WOW :)
This wall hanging is done in parts..1 circle,8 parts to the 2nd row & 16 parts to the 3rd row then all sewn together.I cant remember how many stitches for the circle but each piece fin the 2nd row had over 18,000 stitches x8 & the 3rd row had 35,654 x 16.Then you add the stitches needed to sew it all together..phew! This was,by far,the easiest project I have ever done.I started it 2 days after Easter & finished middle of last week.
Love it ,how big is it ??What will you use it for??hugs
Just unbelievable stitchery. The pix looks to be a glass window.
Fantastic. Thanks for showing us.
This is beautiful! Gorgeous! What size is it finished? babash asked and I will too. What will it be used for? Is it a wall hanging? What did you stitch it on? Is it amazing! ...This was your easiest? Where is your hardest?-lol
I stitched this on black homespun starched with tearaway under. The hardest are hidden away somewhere..haha
