Another design in the begonia series.

I have had quite a few comments about the shading in my leaves and flowers, but there is no shading. The designs has only 5 colours, 3 green and 2 yellow, one for the flower itself, one for the outlines. The different tones are all a result of different stitch angles.
In the digitising section I show a bit more about that.

Another beauty...amazing what transpires when you just change the stitch angle to the light reflects differently on the stitches...

It is, isn't it. I love the effect and use it whenever I think it enhances the design. And it is one of the things that makes it superior to auto-digitising.

These florals are stunning!! The directional stitches add so much depth! Your tute is so easy to follow and understand, I wish I had you along my side while I was learning.......still have lots to learn but alas, I don't have embird....

Thank you. It can be done in other software as well, like in my other one, 6D, although Embird is easier as far as connection stitches are concerned.
