Congratulations! Your new home is beautiful! I'm so happy for you! Hugs,Yoriko
What a wonderful home! Congratulations! I've been searching for a new place for a couple of years now, and it isn't easy. Will your new abode have internet? That has been the biggest problem for me; each perfect place has had no internet access. Enjoy the move and getting to know your husband again!
Your new home is absolutely beautiful! It is wonderful that you and your husband will finally be reunited. That is a long time to be apart. Good luck on your move. Hugs, Joyce
Becky, it is just beautiful!!! I think the two year wait was well worth it! Congrats to both of you! I hope you and your hubby have many happy years there!
Meri
Just beautiful....you and the family will have lots of pleasant time in this new home. Congratulations!
Wow lovely house I can see why you are so excited. Don't know how much work you are going to get done the outside views are fantastic. I could see myself taking a coffee outside and losing track of time. Enjoy your new home.
I agree! I know for awhile we will just enjoy being outside. When we described the house to our daughter, she had to say, "And what about the house?". I said, "Oh, yes there is a house too." lol
what a beautiful new home you have found! I am trying to think which room will be your sewing room... lolol. ***Flowers to all***
I will use the family room for my 6 needle so I can be near it in the kitchen or when I am in the family room.
contrats ! looks like a very nice place. Not too much work at the house it seems.
The pictures are actually from 2 years ago. The people who lived in it on a lease/purchase were not very kind to it. They have stripped most of the wall paper to the sheet rock damaging the sheet rock. They did not add water softener so there is a lot of calcium build up. It all just a lot of "husband" labor. :) I will help when I can but he plans to work on it before we move in. The structure is sound and all the rest can be fixed.
Congratulations and may you have many, many years living your dreams.
Congratulations! looks like a lovely home, hope you both will be very happy here.. Marian
Fantastic news, and what a great place that will be to live in!. Congratulations. I'm sure you'll both enjoy making it like 'home' together.
We were at the home improvement store this morning looking for Texas landscape stones (didn't find them) and outdoor table and chairs. This is fun. :)
I am very envious of you!! I would love to have a pond in my front yard I would spend all my time fishing and sewing.,beautiful house
How wonderful! I am very happy for you. Enjoy your new house!
Oh Becky it looks just perfect! Which room will be your sewing room?
It looks wonderful!
I will use one of the four bedrooms for sewing sewing and my 6 needle will go in the den/family room so I can be near it in the kitchen or family room. We can finally have a dining room meant for people and not a sewing machine, a serger and an embroidery machine. lol
Bless your heart, I've been in your shoes, it's rough, but the worst is now over and it's time for the two of you. Enjoy and congrats. Have a safe move. :)
When my husband came in this weekend, we talked (excitedly) about the house until almost midnight. I had to make myself go to sleep.
Becky i am so glad you and your hubby can finally be together in your lovely new home.. i don,t know if i could cope with being apart for so long........soozie
My husband has flex work schedule with the US Govt so every other week he had a three day weekend. Little Rock, Ark and Carrollton, Texas are only 4 1/2 hours apart. I felt bad for him because it seems some weekends home all he did was home maintenance.
Great house. Enjoy your new home. Love the "pond". Will be able to catch free fishies for brekkie...LOL.....Thanks for sharing, Lyn
We have a 3 year old grandson who is looking forward to fishing. One catfish we saw was 18 to 20 inches long. He might be that long because he knows how to avoid "bait".
So happy to hear you found a new home. It is a lovely home and I am sure you will both enjoy living there. I hope you have many years of happiness there.
How pretty! Wishing you much happiness in your new home!
WOW! fantastic looking home. God bless. wish you much happiness.
Wow! Becky what a fantastic home and so big. I can't get over how reasonable house prices are in America. A place like yours with acreage is hundreds of thousands of dollars here in Australia! Well done on getting such a wonderful place to spend the rest of your life in. Good luck with the fishing etc. Love and blessings Chris
I am looking forward to sitting by the pond drinking tea (I don't drink coffee) and watching nature.
Woohoo, get out the canoe, don't forget to post a pic of your first fish. Really good to hear things are going forward for you both...
Congratulations - I hope your move goes really smoothly and that you will be very happy in your new home.
My daughter who used to live in England was here for a week and sorted through my precious fabric stash. She has reduced it greatly. (It needed to be. lol)
Good luck to the both of you. I wish you many happy years in your new home. It looks beautiful.
Yay! And they lived happily ever after. So glad you two got back together, address-wise.
We live on a pond - with lots of critters - snakes, deer, wild turkeys, foxes, hawks, scorpions, wasps, yellow jackets, bees... Get to know your exterminator so you can love pond life!
I didn't need to know about the snakes and wasps and yellow jackets. We have been spraying for ticks even before we knew we had the property.
Becky - you and your husband have found a wonderful home. I hope that you have many years of happiness there. Sarah
What a great house I know you will be happy to be together again. I am really happy for you!!
It's gorgeous! Congrats to you both. I'm glad you will finally be living in the same state and in the same house. Enjoy each and every room and that beautiful pond.
Let me be the first to say Congratulations! That is excellent news. Good to see you! Fabulous pond, a little bigger you could water ski! lol! It looks perfect! lots of room and the garage with attached shed, right?
Actually the garage is attached to the house which isn't shown in the pictures. The white building is a converted barn with a lean-to on the side. It will be our storage and my husband's workshop.
