I am truly in awe! An outstanding undertaking; congratulations. This qullt reflects MANY, MANY hours of work, not only in the actual stitching out of the designs, but also the correct placement and 'hoopings' for each element. I did blocks for a quilt (quilt as you go) but they are still (sadly) lying piled up and not made up into a quilt.. Greetings, Patricia
I love your quilt. Both picture are very striking. Lovely work and I hope you enjoy it for many years to come. Thank you so much for sharing.
What a beauty. Great work. How many hours did this take?
Beautiful ! Amazing work! Lovely colors! Tell us,from start to finish, how long have you been working on this ? No matter, this time spent was well worth the outcome.Breathtakingly beautiful!-Toogie
Thanks, I took the class in 2010. I tend to plan and think about things way too much so I let it sit for awhile, put it together in 2011. Had it quilted in 2013, and now I'm binding. Hope it's not worn out by the time I finish.
It is stunning how lucky you are to be able to take classes, the end resul it great.
Hugs pam.
Your work looks stunning. Hard work? Lizell gave me the one she made as a Christmas gift last year. Very close to my heart.
Lizell must love you very much. This is not hard work but a lot of work. I can't imagine parting with mine.
It is going to be a proud moment when you see this beauty hanging in the display at Durham. We shall all be very proud of you too.xx
I'm still sewing on the binding, then the sleeve and label. Having a firm deadline should help.
Absolutely LOVELY in blues - couldn't have imagined the change!! Congratulations - it's a work of art.
What a gorgeous quilt and it is always great to learn and master new techniques. I love the colours also.
Oh there are no words to describe it's beauty. A beautiful, beautiful heirloom you have create here./Lillian
Beautiful! It does give me inspiration, I love quilts and embroidery and have a 5 x7 hoop. Not quite ready to tackle this project, but maybe some day!
Hi did you have any trouble with the designs being to dense my dealer told me not to do them to hard on machine love the quilt June
I had no problem and neither did anyone in my class that I'm aware of. There were all kinds of machines there.
This is a stunning quilt you have made, i love it.
Hugs Pam

Blue is such a calming color, well done to you.
Thank you. All of the people in my class did different colors and they all turned out so pretty.

Thanks. There is a book called 'Latte Quilt' by Kerrie Hay. The designs come on a CD included in the book. I did all of these using a 5x7 hoop.

WoW what a quilt, your lessons certainly paid off, and what a large size.
Absolutely stunning! You should be very proud of your Latte Quilt.
You have really mastered multiple-hooped designs. Your quilt is beautiful!
Magnifique !!! Splendide !!! Quel beau travail, vous pouvez en être très fière. Bravo !!! Combien de temps avez-vous mis ??
Just beautiful. the colours remind me of the Dutch Delft Blue, what I love.
Amazing work!

WOW!!! This is so gorgeous...I'll also volunteer to keep it safe for when you need it. Lovely designs. :)
This is beautiful. Would you like my address so you can send it to me???
Too nice to hide away in a bedroom (unless it can be seen from the rest of the house). After all that work I would want everyone to see it. Beautifully done, thanks for showing us.....I am quite jealous of your ability............Ann
It will be on display in a quilt show in Durham, NC in August. Then on display at my house. Thanks
I love this quilt done in the blue. You have done a great job with putting the designs together in multiple hoopings. Shirley
Again...an amazing job...did you do this as quilt as you go...or did you piece the blocks, add the backing and batting and then quilt? It is truly a work of art...
The 14-inch blocks were embroidered then pieced the top then sandwiched and quilted (by a paid long-arm quilter). Thank you
Nice...thanks so much for your explanation of how it was put together....I was wondering if the blocks and quilting were done in-the hoop...your long-arm quilter did an exceptional job!
I LOVE your quilt top, it is absolutely beautiful. The way you chose to arrange the blocks sets each one off so perfectly. GREAT JOB!!!!!
Oh my! This is stunning. Congratulations on finishing (something I have a hard time doing) such a large project. I would say you can now call yourself an expert in Multiple Hoopings. Just beautiful
