well Ladies I have to thank each one of you for your support & wonderful advice! I have just had a call from the owner & he assures me that they will be here on Wednesday next week & he will fix the doors & the drawers too! He said he wants us to be happy with the job so they will do whatever it takes! I hope that this is the case next week. we are so close
they say good things come to those that wait so i really really hope bad things come to those who have caused all your problems(i dont mean personal harm i mean businseswise.)....soozie
I hope you haven't paid them. That is the way to get quality work. Pay when the job is done right.
Nope only paid half down & we have since read the contract again & it says the job is finished when the customer is happy. I am not so the job is not done yet
If you have a friend who is an attorney, you might ask him for help sometimes just a letter politely written with an attorney's name is all it takes. Of course this is a last resort, but it worked for us when they messed up the house we built and they were hoping we would walk away from. Sorry your saga still continues.

Hang in there my friend. Keep at them until they do EVERY THING right. DO NOT pay them any more money until it is done right. Do as others have said and send pictures to the boss. Hope all is done to your satisfaction soon. Hugs Shirley

Do not settle and DO NOT PAY!!! Perhaps there is a local TV station that runs consumer problems in your area...that would get their attention!
we have called & left a message for the owner to call us so we can voice our concerns with him & I have taken an extra step & have a few photos of what they have done & the mess they have left as well. I hope that when he calls I can get his email (if he has one) & I will send him the pics. Hopefully he will stand behind his company name & have this fixed properly

Stand your ground and take heart. It will get done. I agree. Show the owner your pictures. I am sure he will not be happy to see what you are being put through. White stickers! Is he crazy?

Question Were these people on Angies's List? From all my reading you have been through an enormous amount of problems. Can you complain to the Better Business Bureau. Like Jerrilyn says take pictures and go to the OWNER OF THE BUSINESS he needs to know what kind of work these guys are pawning off on you, What ever happened to THE CUSTOMER IS ALWAYS RIGHT & SATISFACTION GAURANTEED? enough is enough/ Lillian
I am thankful we have not paid it off yet, I don't believe that we will until they fix everything. I have been told to complain to the BBB by another friend of mine, & will keep that in my back pocket until they have completed the job. I don't want to risk them making things any worse then they are. It is exhausting! What should be a dream is not & it falls on them to fix this. I just hope they fix it all soon.
Make a picture and send it to his boss. Tell him they will need to put new fronts on the destroyed drawers. Just keep making them do it over until you are satisfied. Be sure and tell the owner that you want to be a good customer and give them shining reviews, but it isn't happening yet.
What she said...plus add in that your friends keep asking about your kitchen and if you are pleased with your cabinets....that might get some action.
I have taken pictures to show & your right I will have to keep complaining until they get it right. It is so sad that I am @ that point.........no one likes to complain about these things but I really have waited all of 30 years to get this kitchen & I honestly don't think that I should have to settle for second best. right now the only review they would get from me would not be good except for the counter guys they did a fantastic job............
