This design you've done looks lovely& your rooster adds a bit o nice color too. :~D
Thanks all you thoughtful cuties for answering. I will probably go left side it was my first notion, just next round will get the border on the upright side. Flowers to all and I will re check and water any other empty garden spaces. I appreciate you taking time to comment.
Very nice work! I wouldn't think it matters, maybe some of each, for those of us who can't make up their minds. hehehe! That way at dinner, you can see it on various ones, you know whoever is eating will push their plates around anyway. Very lovely!
I would agree, Mary, that it is a personal choice......the flower is beautiful and the rooster is terrific!
very cute Mary & as for me I like it on the right but I think it's a personal choice. ~hugs~
I am left-handed but I would still put the design on the left. I would place the plate right of center and the majority of the silverware on the left of the plate, so that the design would show through the silverware. It's pretty much a matter of opinion, I guess.
A lovely design definitely on the right looks best as most peopler are right handed looks like it could be on either side what ever you want.
What a cheery design on the placemat. I think it looks great! It's nice to see one of Miss V's designs.
Such a cheerful design & you are getting your answers. Mine I usually put in Rt. corner/Lillian
Such a cheerful design. Always like to place the design where I can see it...
I like to put the design at the bottom on the right, on the left site I have the plate and on the top right hand corner the glass or mug. So I can allways see the design.
I am right handed so I would put the plate on the right so would like to see the design on the left. But saying that looks good either way.
