To update on my handsome hubby. He had 2 procedures yesterday to block the bile leak and to drain the what turned out to be a huge pocket of bile. His color was better last night. He is still a sick man but will now heal. Hopefully, he comes home today. The drain will remain in until it drains clear. Then he will see a urologist to deal with the hydroseal. It is another pocket of fluid in a different area of the body. Thank goodness for Suzanne, sdrise, who let me cry and rant on her cyber shoulder each day and for another set of friends who took me in last night after seeing Rob to hug, feed, hug, listen, send me home with food and hug again.. Today I feel so much better and feel very blessed to have my husband alive and healing.

This sounds soooo much better. I am happy for you that he is soon to be on the mend and home.

Karen I know exactly how you feel. Sometimes I wonder "why Lord do you bless me so?" This could have been deadly with your hubby but now you are going to bring him home. God is so good to us!! I will continue to keep you both in my prayers. Lillian

Glad to read that you are both doing better...when you get 'handsome hubby' home; please inform him that just because he's retired now, doesn't give him the right or the need to fall apart on you!!!! He is to get well and enjoy that retirement as that is the whole idea behind retiring...silly man!!!!! Prayers will continue for you both. :-)
