Unless it's a design to share or sell, what if you just stitched the grey and the red with each of those colors in the bobbin? There, solved, and I don't know embird!
Thank you, the design is only to practice embird, I think its a problem of the tension. I did it again with a new bobbin and another color of thread now it is ok.
im still pulling my hair out using embird....so glad when somebody else has problems and I get to see the correct answers....Denise xx
The stitch direction might and often does cause poor registration, that is a gap between the outline and the fill part, in the direction of the stitches and that may be a digitising problem or in a well-digitised design a problem of stabilising. Here the s.d. of the wing and the grey don't differ that much - so the s.d. did not cause a problem. And as the other colours were OK, you are right, it can't be the stabilising either.
Bobbin thread showing is a tension problem of the upper thread and is not caused by the stitch direction.
Were all colours the same brand? Some threads need a lower tension than others.
and I have had a problem like yours by not properly threading one of the colours because I had the foot down during the process :)
Thank you, all threads are Brildor PB40, will buy a new bobbincontainer for embroidery, so I can adjust the tension for the bobbinthread, the upper thread tension is working
automatically. (Janome MC11000SE).
Will give the design a new test.
Thank you for looking
