I'm in the process of piecing together this Kokeshi Doll quilt, I've just placed the doll panels on the fabric I'm going to use, any other ideas would be great! should I add anything more?

6079If you sew them on just like you showed these be sure to turn under 1 inch all around then do one of your fancy sewing machine designs on the edge to seal it shut .

145791What you can do easily, is lay a piece of red or black fabric that has been folded and lay the blocks down on it. Do the same with black. Then you will have an easy visual of what it will look like. I do this a lot and I call it fabric rehersal!

If I were to add anything it might be to frame the dolls with a solid dark color. But it does not "need" anything. Well done!
