Cute taggy! Babies just love these for tactile stimulation. It's really good for them to feel different surfaces.
I like how you echo-stitched around the design. That certainly keeps the blanket from billowing out of shape after it has been washed! This could be cute for a girl too, if there is a surprise. Reason I say that is I had 13 ultrasounds (sonograms) when I was pregnant with my youngest. Every one told me that it was a girl. When my son was born, the doc said, umm, guys, I have a little surprise for you. :) We didn't pick out a name till we could see what he looked like and what fit him. I don't know how they determine gender these days. I don't suspect the method has changed all that much.
Thank you. This is the first time using the echo stitch and I tried it just for the reason you mentioned. I like the way it turned out too.
So cute. Don't you just love using Cute designs!
What a great taggy blanket, I just love making them. I love the different ribbons you have used on this
