This is an Anita Goodesign called She Loves Me. It is made completely ITH and is reversible. It measures about 14 inches across.

I have this design as well but haven't stitched it out yet. The design is actually called He loves me by PJ's Designs.

the trick was finding fabrics that gave it a different look but both needed the same color thread.

They do require a good bit of stabilizer.

Me too yet my first choice of fabrics was actually the 2nd one because all the fabrics coordinated together.
