I watched it. In Europe new models be they European or Japanese are always introduced at least 6 months later than in the US. So i can use that time to count the hours I use my machines and convince myself I really should not go and visit a dealer to even see it ... I am joining the choir: i love my machine, I do, I do.

I'll save you the time...just start saving your pennies, nickles, dimes, quarters...or whatever your currency is in...it's better than counting sheep

Yes, I was drug screaming and fighting to set and watch it...I've been drooling all over my keyboard ever since! I think I will adopt rescuer's mantra...I just can't get my mouth to form the words and the brain is still in lalalalalalalalalalaland. 'I love the new machine; I love the new machine; I love the new machine...I love my machine, I love the new machine, I love my machine'. :_P

I watched it... I will now chant; "I love my machine." I hope it works as I do not have the money for a new one. It is lovely though and the hoop size...I wish!
The next machine I get will be a multi-needle if I can find a way...
Perhaps I can find a rich uncle to adopt me and get both! LOL

Oh, don't. I loved my Ellageo to death-even replaced the floppy drive. Something was finally going very wrong, and I got a great deal for my floor model Ellegante. A few more benefits, but I actually still like using the external floppy drive instead of the usb. I can put a set on each floppy and pop those in. And-the biggest hoop is just 7 x 11 3/4. It takes one BIG piece of stabilizer. I got a 6 x 10 hoop from allsorts, but they made it the bigger size, there's just more plastic on the top hoop.

I have an ellageo 2003, the floppy is super easy to get your designs on and I had bought an external floppy drive for my computer for a reasonable price. My older brother 8200 I had to use a magic box and software was outdated with all the new window programs available today and no update for it. It was a bit of a dinosaur cause you could only get maybe 6 designs on it versus a significant number you get on a floppy. It would be nice to upgrade but there will always be that new and improved that would make whatever we have another dinosaur.

All I thought about was how hard it must be to move because it's bigger! I could carry my Ellageo with the case cover on, but to get my Ellegante out to the car to go to the dealer, I have to hook my arm under the throat of the machine and two-arm it out. But- if I was rich enough to afford this one, I'd be rich enough to have the dealer come to me. LOL

I haven't, but I am sure it is amazing. I have a 4 year old Ellisimo with about 4 million stitches on it. It works just fine. I am hoping one day to get a Babylock 10 needle machine to replace my vey loyal 6 needle.

Not yet, I don't want machine fever. lol! I am sure they are pretty pricey, I may peek for grins though. Thanks! My machine is a used 2003 Babylock Ellageo, and it had over 3 million stitches when I bought it. It works great, no regrets.

Oh yes....I have the Baby Lock Ellisimo Gold...one thing that is for sure...technology is always changing...there will always be something bigger and better...the challenge is finding your balance...is more always better...sometimes...but deciding when is the biggest challenge...I will go and see the features...what I will do is the question...knowing that I do not fully understand the features of my current machine brings me pause...before I leap, I must first understand fully what I am leaping from and for...and now I will just appreciate what I have now and continue to learn about how it amazes me every day...I still have so much to learn about my Ellisimo...so I will say today I will not make that jump...
