Can anyone tell me where I can buy the rattle inserts for baby toys? I see you can order them on Etsy but I'm surprised I can't find them at Michaels or Joanns etc?? I don't what a bunch of them, just a few.

Thanks!

I was having trouble remembering the name of the company, but finally did, just as I was shutting down my computer. If anyone will have your rattles or other items, this place will. Good luck with the search. We used to get catalogs from this company, and they were the dream books for my kids. Lots of kid friendly stuff here!

Hey, everybody, Oriental Trading is a dream book for teachers and pastors, too! Really cheap, large quantities, seasonal items that are cute.

I'm kind of surprised that they are not more available. I figured that I would be able to search for them and get lots of results. Not so. BUT I did find some that are relatively inexpensive. I did find some replacement squeakers for dog toys, which should work really well for baby items if they are stitched inside. I'm attaching what I found, just in case you are interested. If you find what you are looking for, perhaps you could give everyone a heads up to cut down on search time. Good luck with your search!

I know, I can't believe they didn't have them at Joanns or Michaels either.

Check out the cheap kitten toys at your local pet store and see if anything there might work for you. Sugartoes has several kinds of bell toys and rattle toys and loves chasing them all.

Someone here from Cute suggested a jingle bell - I bought some but have not tried it yet - sounded easy and inexpensive to me though!

I took 2 small ziplock bags with a bell inside it but I really wanted one that was washable. I was hoping the ziplock bags would keep the bell dry. I guess it will work if I don't find the right one. I also read you can use plastic film containers with something inside and then glue the lid shut. I may have to hunt up a container!
