My GD favourite animal - meerkats. The design is from Embroidery Library. Because the t shirt is so terribly thin I decided to use cutaway stabilizer - never again. First and last time. I never get puckering on t shirts with tearaway. Georgie will love it any way.

I'm with you Sarah. I've never liked cut-away - always use tear away, it's much easier to remove. Still love the meerkats, they look fabulous. Love Chris

Airyfairy, is there are any wrinkled/puckers...that is where the little critters are crawling in the shirts fabric! They might even tickle her tummy as she is wearing it. Looks great; created with LOVE. :-)

It looks wonderful Sarah. Georgie will be so thrilled to wear it. Isn't it funny how one thing will work for one but not another? I always use no show mesh cutaway on t-shirts and never have a problem. Hugs..Carol

Thank you Carol. I was very disappointed at first but I think I am being a bit over fussy!!!

So cute Sarah-Georgie will love it! I love Emb. Library's sketch designs-I have quite a few that I have bought but only stitched out 3 so far-Loon, Eagles & Deer.I used tear away for the Eagle one that I did for my husband-turned out nice-but then again it was heavier t-shirt weight-(Carhart brand)

Thank you Linda - I think the weight of the t was the problem

Nice choice of designs for this shirt. When doing knits, I can stabilize a shirt and have perfect results, but on the next shirt, not so good results. I have come to the conclusion that it has something to do with the fabric in the shirt.

Beautiful, I'm sure she'll love it. As for the puckers; my grandmother used to say "It will never be noticed on a galloping horse."

Thank you - just love that saying.

I like this saying too. Grandmothers are so wise.

She's going to love it. And that is what is important. The puckering must be very little because I am not seeing it.

I think it is beautiful, Sarah and Georgie will love it......we are our own worst critics.....I use a no show mesh on my t's most of the time, but have had to use cutaway on denser designs.......

Thank you Vicki. I used an iron on cutaway and perhaps that was the problem

I use cutaway on all of my knit shirts with a layer of wss on top, no puckering.
