It looks like even their Facebook page is not up to date...the links do not work...however I Googled Vermillion Embroidery and found their website...the link would not post here properly...but it looks like all that is available now are hand embroidery charts...I was able to log in to my account and see my prior order history...there is a phone number on the Facebook page...perhaps you could contact them by phone??
