Pineapple Peach Jam today! Boy this is so good even I like it................I think I will have to make another batch so I get a jar as well. These are part of my Christmas gift Baskets this year. Each year our girls have made preserves & then they asked me to join in so we could see who came up with the best NEW thing...........last year our youngest won with her Apple Pie in a jar Jam it was the best Jam we have ever tasted....................then we found out she added 9 cups of sugar to the batch! I am hoping this jam will be a contender my own concoction Have you ever had Pineapple Peach jam before? we get the bit in the wee dish! lol

I have never heard of this recipe before but sure sounds good. Love that not lots of sugar added.. Well done.. I will have to find the personals so I can get the recipe.. I haven't made jam in awhile as only the two of us. But the kids will be glad to receive most of it. ;-)

Aren't canned goods pretty.. Such a satisfying accomplishment.

Pineapple and peach sounds yummy! I only make jam from fruit from the garden, strawberries, gooseberries, red and black currents and now blackberries, and sometimes elderberries as well. But yourcombination sounds heavenly. They will make great gifts, well done!

I should also mention that I have only used 3.5 cups of sugar in my batch. The pineapple is very sweet on it's own so an added benefit.

Wow - this sounds great too me! Still enough young folks in my house
to eat a lot of jam. And it's always interesting to try new combinations. Also we love to have extensive breakfasts and it's fun to put a new taste on the table. Therefore, thank you so much for sharing
