Is anyone else having trouble with
embroideryonline.com??????????????????
It takes FOREVER to respond----if it responds at all---
I had a little trouble getting into the Cutie Sites but they are working BEAUTIFULLY now:)::):):):):)
embroideryonline.com is VERY FRUSTRATING.
If anyone else is having problems please let me know.
I have purchased MANY designs from them and CANNOT even get to the site to download.

I just went there to check and everything seems to be running smooth. I went from page to page and it loaded normally. Maybe your computer was doing something in the background you were not aware of.

I have given up trying to buy from one site tonight. I tried and tried but got so fed up with getting no where I gave up so I understand your frustrations

I tried it again just now and STILL SLOW but not as slow as last night. sure makes me go to other places to buy. That's why I love this place---if something is wrong it is fixed NOW and not 10 days from now. God bless you.
