That's great! My granddaughter is 6 and I'm ready to start teaching her too. She always wants to make something when she comes over. I'll have to find easy projects!

The knowledge we have is meant to be shared with other. It touches our heats in a different way when it with someone we love that will be able to pass it on to the next generation.

I totally agree with you Nancy. It brings joy to my heart just seeing how proud she is of what she has accomplished. she'll always have memories of her grandmother teaching her. I'm 75 but still remember my grandmother sitting me down with needle and thread at a very tender age, teaching me how to do a running stitch. this started my sewing lessons/Lillian
