Sonja keeping you in my prayers. One day at the time and hopefully you will feel better soon. Hugs
Sonja, I am praying that you will recuperate from all the treatments and feel much better soon! I have a niece that has just completed chemo due to breast cancer. She lost all her hair and strength, but is now still plugging along as she goes through all the radiation treatments. It is tough, but it will all be over soon, and hopefully, you both will be in the healing process, and life will become normal soon!
Hugs, Angel
Remember that when you can't hang-on, God is holding you.
The treatments are rough, but they will not last forever.
Try the herbal teas and ginger, sometime you just have to try different strengths to find the one that works for you. God bless and keep you.
I hope you get some sleep and start feeling more yourself soon, Sonja :)
I also recommend ginger for nausea: I had severe morning sickness and my doctor recommended ginger beer (non alcoholic of course lol) and my daughter takes ginger tablets for travel sickness. I suggested it to my mom when she was having chemo and radiation and it helped her with the nausea too. I hope you can try it and that it works for you. xXx
Sonja, when my hubby was having chemo I tried candied ginger and ginger tea both of these helped him. I've seen so many people on chemo and rad through the yrs. and what works well on some will not work on another because we are all different. Just keep trying different things and perhaps you will find what helps. I am so sorry it's bad for you but you are continuously in my prayers/ Much love Lillian
Dear Sonja, I pray that the treatments will get better from now on. I do hope that you can get your nausea under control. I agree with the suggestions about herbal teas, one of them must help you out. Keep strong, you are on the downhill run. Love Chris
Sonja, I am praying for you. I hope some of the suggestions that others have given you will help with the nausea. I hope you can get some rest
Hugs, mary
I hope you feel better soon and this treatment is a complete success! God Bless!
Prayers are with you... So sorry for you not feeling well. Wish you all the best! Suzanne
I agree with Martine the radiation is very tiring.........to help with the nausea I drank lemon tea & peppermint tea too both good for tummy & natural diuretic or cranberry juice helps to flush your kidneys too. It will be over soon as you are more then half way through them so hang in there my friend. keeping you in my prayers ~hugs Loralye~
I used rosemary in my tea and let it steep for 5 minutes. It helped for the nausea. I do hope everything will go down well for you and that your treatment will have good results. God bless you and stay strong!!
Radiation is very tiring (at least that's what I found) and you don't wish chemo on your worst enemy. You must have a very rough time and I hope and pray it does it miracles for you! Hang in there!!
