I like this one too! I like how you made it your own, adding pockets etc.
Well done!
Love your bag, you have done a wonderful job!
Hugs, Lidia
Thank you Lidia. I am emb on the front of another one. I was going to use one of the flowers Cute has been giving everyday, but I think it has enough flowers already in the fabric, so I used an Urban Thread design.
Wow Toogie your really getting Professional at making these bags. I have a lot of patterns but as yet not made 1 Oh dear suppose I'll have to mess the sewing room and do something..lol
Just dive in, you know if you sew at all, it won't stay neat for long-lol I am in the process of making another bag while I am in the mood. I'l show when I'm through.
Very beautiful!!!! I love your purses!!!!! You are so ambitious, wish I had that instinct, I want to sew then when it comes down to it, I find myself on here after work and before work and then don't sew. You would think I could take an ambitious pill, wouldn't you? lol! Excellent work!
Well, being a pharmacy tech, you should know if they make an 'ambitious pill'.-lol-.......do they? I want a few-lol
Yet another great Toogie-bag. You'd better be careful or we will have you writing tutorials on your changes.
TOTALLY AWESOME TOOGIE AS ARE ALL YOUR THINGS. Love Chris
Thanks Chris, but we all know how well you can sew, too. it was a little thick on the sides for me to do the strap. I think I'll do the attachment, in the seam next time ,because I do like a one strap purse.
I so loved your bag I've gone to the website and downloaded the PDF. Wish me luck! Love Chris
You do a great job on these! Keep making your own little changes - keeps it yours and different!
you have had a lot on your plate dear friend so don't give it another thought we all get slower & I think that you did a terrific job on this! I love the fact that you used the orange (great find) sheet for the lining, It fits beautifully with this fabric!~hugs~
Thanks Loralye. I get a lot of yardage in a sheet, and they work well, for so mant items.
Well done. Vertigo has slowed me down too. We dizzy dames might work at a slower pace, but we still get our projects finished. So don't fret about it.
No Karen, I know I can't do what I used to do, but I hate the 'mess' I make. I want to straighten up, but no use, until I finish. Trouble is, once I get started again, I want to make more!
ps, this dizziness get me so sick stomach. I came home from the bus and just made it to the bathroom. I have to scroll slow here on the pc, so I know what you mean. Dizzy Dames is a group I wish I DIDN'T belong to. I know you feel the same.
Toogie! Your bag is outstanding!! You are such a pro at making these! Beautiful!
Thank you but I wish I would get a pro at my time! I would like to be able to cut it out and finish the same day. I cut it out yesterday morning, after I got on Cute and finished it this morning, after my bus route. Guess it could be worse, but I do think I am slipping.
