I have managed to keep quiet for almost a week! I am doing the HAPPY DANCE! I now have and Ellisimo Gold II (floor model) for a lot less right now as the new Destiny has come out.
There is a big difference from my Janome to the Ellisimo, but I'll get it all figured out - so many things to get done and not enough time! lol

255050WAY TO GO! I got the Ellisimo when it came out and, even tho waaay too much money, I have not regretted it. It's a beautiful and user-friendly machine. And, equally important, it's virtually problem free (other than operator error that is ;) Best wishes to you and your new love!

Thank you! You're right - it is waaay too much money, but we seem to enjoy them so much it ends up being worth it in the end.
1114Whoo Hoo! Babylock machines are very user friendly so I know you will be stitching away with confidence quickly. Get the basics down and you will be more confident. Thanks! Working on the basics now (fair bit of it actually). I already have the enlighten serger and I LOVE it. I wanted the Ellisimo G. ever since I first saw it (It drew me right past other machines right to it!) and had to have a demo and was hooked (d/h was also impressed).
