Here is the Pumpkin Bar Recipe I use...husband will NOT touch pumpkin of any kind if there is an alternative...he actually ate these and said they weren't too bad. I was a happy camper. :-)

I added a cup of raisins to the batter.
Toasted 1 cup of walnuts, 400 degrees for 7 minutes (approximately) chopped them up, sprinkled over the frosting.

Hope you enjoy these. ;-)

Now I am wanting both the pumpkin bars and fresh cinnamon rolls with cream cheese frosting! Talk about death from cravings! :) Would you mind posting your cinnamon roll recipe also? Now will need a family member to help make goodies. Thanks so much for the recipe.

Do you have a bread machine or a mixer with a bread paddle? I will gladly post. Or would you prefer the one by hand? :-)

Finally found this post again!! was so hoping you would not mind giving out the recipe.

We have a bosch mixer that handles all the kneading and yesterday the final kitchen cabinets were finished being installed so I would really like to christen the new bake center by making something truly mouth watering!
Looking forward to the recipe, yum, Also sending a PM just in case you miss this! Thanks again!

I have a pumpkin I hope to work with make fresh. Then roast seeds. Hubby loves nuts and seeds. I will have to make this and find someone to share with or freeze some of it so as not to hog out. I love cc icing and the pumpkin with cinnamon smell and taste.... Oink........ Thanks dear for the recipe.

The first time I tasted... these was made from fresh canned pumpkin, very yummy. Enjoy. :-) ( We must be related as I'm a 2-oinker...oink, oink! I'm thinking it's only really bad when you become a 3 oinker; so we have a ways to go yet.) LOL

I made these for our coffee hour at church today. Thought I would have a leftover. Not even a crumb. Everyone loves them.
