Sorry I have not been able to post since Friday. I am struggling with vertigo again. I am able to give those who post, flowers and a few thanks and that is all that is safe for me to do for a few days. I will be fine. I just need (at my husband's insistence) to rest for a few days. So Happy Birthday to all who have had and will have birthdays. I hope you all have a wonderful birthday.

Great advice. My husband had an ear injury in the military and has Meniere's disease. When vertigo strikes, if he rests, cuts down his salt and stays away from sugar and wheat his recovery time is quicker. Karen, you are in our prayers.

I do hope something can be done to cure you of it. Listen to you gorgeous husband and rest! Love Chris

Karen, I hope your vertigo will leave you soon! It is tough to deal with! I had a bout with it years back, and I got afraid to go shopping without someone with me, in case everything started spinning! Thankfully, I never had but a couple of really bad situations. Phenerghan suppositories helped me tremendously to get rid of the dizzies! Perhaps you can ask your doctor for a prescription for them.
Hugs, Angel

Oops, the 'general' is in command here...best to follow his orders or you could be court martialed. I think that might hurt ....:-) Seriously sorry you are feeling a bit under the weather. :-(
