exactly what are these? Window hangers or bookmarks?

These appear to be bookmarks, as already stated...they are 6 inches in length. Would you tie a ribbon in the top or could they be used as decorations? Pretty cute. :-)

Thats because you click on the design, made it bigger in another window.
