I know I am a little late with this info but if you email Liane and tell her what you want she will work with you and tell you how much it is in $$'s I then sent it to her on paypal. Very easy to work with and I LOVE the tealights.

go to kreative pe design not free designs, it's near the bottom of the page on the left,click on and scroll down to 09-14
