I got a call & an email with a photo of my grand wearing her new slip lol I can not show you as that is all she is wearing lol what a character & she loves it. I stressed for nothing
That's because Grammie made it. Hope that isn't all she's wearing on Halloween! LOL
she was so excited she couldn't wait to try it on lol that says enough to let me know she is really happy with it lol
That is great Loralye! You did a very nice job!
Remember can cans? They used to be available everywhere, back in my old days, now little girls just don't dress like we used to....... I had made a cinderella dress for my oldest gd about 10 years ago and had to make one to make it pouf out. It was for a wedding as a flower girl dress. I'll have to scan that someday for you guys.
Sharon thank you & yes do show us what you did for your grand daughter. Inspiration comes in aplenty here. ~HUGS~
Its seems to me that you have done a great job, Loralye! Your GD will be
thrilled to wear it.
Hugs, Lidia
Perfect slip to add body to her skirt.. I had to make similar but poofier for my girls they did Comp Square Dancing..
Ooh! that is so cute Loralye, I love flouncy petticoats and well done you on giving it a go. Your GD will love it. Can't wait to see a picture of her in the costume. You always amaze me with what you are achieving. Love Chris
be proud of your creations, you did a great job. I would not even know where to start.
I think you have done a great job , your grand daughter is a very lucky little girl ,I hope we get to see her in her outfit
It's pretty good to me... hope to see some Halloween pics soon :)
Well it looks great to me...she will be delighted!
Great job as I don't like to work with that stuff either. Look forward to some cute Halloween costume pictures.
Stop being so hard on yourself! It's a Halloween underskirt, she will be thrilled and you should be proud of another accomplishment. Nothing is ever perfect in this world an isn't meant to be. As long as the little one is a happy camper, give yourself a pat on the back and go for the next challenge! I think you need to make a list on paper for you to read daily of all the wonderful things you are now able to do and add to that list everyday. You go girl! :-)
