Hello Cuties, I am sewing for my little 6mo old grandson and bought the lion face from amazing embroidery. I love it and want to add a tail to the back of the overalls I am making, and want it to coordinate with the face. I have tried to digitize one myself but what I come up with looks dumb. Does anyone know where I can find some cute tails? This is the head I bought.

What a clever idea you have.
No answer for you but love your imagination.

I had not thought about braiding a tail. I like that idea and will try it this afternoon. Thank you for such wonderful Ideas.

I would make a tail by cutting a strip, with right sides together stitch down the length and turn, stuff and attach.

I had the same thought as Eggyannie or maybe draw up a appliqued one.. you might find one in a colouring in book that you could copy or enlarge, seeing he is still small it will look very cute especially when he learns to crawl.. Marian

why not braid a tail and then simply sew it onto the back of the overalls you could do it so it goes down the one leg and not hang free. The end tassel could be left free to just look good.
