well he has come now & gone took about 20 minutes or so to replace the part. Now I must wait 2 hrs before refilling my fridge for it too cool some. YEH
Why did they not pick up the one you have and delivery another one? You should not accept a new product that need a repair!!! in my opinion, a sign of trouble to come!! Kay
ask for warranty to restart after repair has been done ,,,lemon or not
just my thoughts , we have consumers guarantees act in New Zealand they get 2 chances to put it right then it has to be p replaced ,or you can take it somewhere else for repair at their cost .
well I just got off the phone with the repair folks & they have the part that we need in stock so they are coming tomorrow! yeh!
Well that IS good news, one more day is much better than a week; hope the repairs will be fine.
So glad the Refrigerator is under warranty, but what a bummer not having it for a week. Glad you have the spare 'fridge to use whilst your new one is being repaired. Love Chris
