These are wonderful. I was wondering about the density of the designs you are using?
Nancy
I would love to see what Dennis would say on this topic!
LoL. Love it. I get to be odd woman out, we roll under here, but then I have a cat. And there have been a few to go by way of the trash can when he plays with the paper.
Kenda
these are absolutely great, I love them, do you think the same idea be used on the kitchen paper towels ?
I think it's pretty much agreed upon it's got to be over..
Very fun! I'm an "over" person, and will change it, no matter where I am. :) Are you making these for gifts, or for a bazaar?
Last year, before my emb machine died on me, I stitched out several TP rolls for a bazaar. They were the first things to sell. Everyone was so fascinated, wondering how I got that whole roll under the needle. :) Some bought them just to look and find my "secret".
Good job Carolyn. Keep looking for "The Golden Roll" one but haven't seen it yet/Lillian
If we had a holder I like it over and hubby doesn't care. I purchased a freestanding holder that just puts it in a plastic container to keep my Ollie dog from shredding it. He's outgrown that though.
Your tp is fabulous! You've had me thinking about tp too, back in the 70's colored paper was available in pink and blue and yellow I think. Did you all have that in Canada too? I don't know why everything is all white now, even kleenex maybe. Can you tell we don't buy kleenex? lol!
kleenex is white here as well as all toilet paper .I have seen it pink for cancer and years back it was colored BUT i was told the dye effected some butts???lol hugs
It's also bad for the environment, all that dye and yes it caused some people skin irritation
When I replace the roll, it is always over. When my husband does which isn't very often, it is always under. Then I go and change.HEHEHE!!!!
I would have to change it as well. I have been known to change it in others homes. he..he..he...
My Mother said my first marriage was a mixed marriage because I was Presbyterian and he was Baptist. I said no it's mixed because I'm an over the roll-er and he's an under the roll-er, which caused many more arguments than the religious differences.
I'm with Chris. I go with Roll Over In This House. The other way always bugs me. he he he You may become the Toilet Roll Queen if you keep these coming. he he he. Hugs Shirley
These look really great Carolyn! I always keep my toilet paper on the top, not behind as I hate hitting the walls with my fingers! Plus as I use a patterned toilet paper I like to see the pattern!! Love Chris
Hey Chris, I would think In Australia you would roll it down and under. lol
Bev
ha ha ha Bev! Nice one, yep, I know we come from the land down under, but I still like it to be on top! Love Chris
These are nice. It is funny how some get picky over or under. Good thing they can be embroidered on at least now.before the rolls shrink smaller than a 4x4 frame. The manufacturers steal a fraction off of them about every year anymore. Before you know this will be only on a kings throne or in a elfs house.
