Yesterday I was looking for a Hole Punch in my sewing drawers. I thought of Dennis when I came across quite a few pairs of scissors. I decided to do a head count. I got to 43 pairs, and I know I have 2 or 3 more small pairs in with hand embroidery items in the cupboard. I was quite amazed as I did not know I had so many pairs. This is not counting other cutting utensils that I use in the Sewing Room such as Rotary cutters etc. By the way I still have not found the Hole Punch.

I thought I had a lot with about 12 - and I do use them all for different tasks. Would not know what to do with 43!!!!!

I have some that I have not used in a long time. I guess that is why I did not realise I had so many.

You need to go to a support group meeting for people with SS...scissors stashers-lol -DENNIS (I am screaming) help me out here, Shirley needs help!.... Really? 43 scissors!

Toogie you have made me laugh. They are not all in the same place. That is why I did not realise I had so many. Yes I am afraid Dennis would agree with you. I need to go to that SS Group. lol

Yes Hubby says why stop at 43 + pairs you may as well go for 50 pairs. Hope he is going to pay for the extra ones.

If only he felt well enough to visit and tell us all how we do not need all the scissors. I am not going to count again as I have added to my collection since the last count.
I know where my hole punch is -- would you like to borrow mine? Come on over...
