Just a handy FREE program from OESD ARTSIZER. Unlike my Bernina free program it does .JEF. It has some other features also. Since it doesn't require a dongle I use it a lot to just look, resize, rotate, flip horizontal and vertacle and save in about 15 plus other formats.
Let us know what you decide.

Welcome J to this great site. I see you have been given great advice below and look forward to seeing some of your work in the PROJECTS section. there is someone on here 24/7 as it is a world wide group. Hoping you can sort this all out. Love Chris, Newcastle, Australia.

Welcome to the Cute forum! I have added a place at the link where you can change the file type without downloading extra software.
I am sure the file type you need will be added sometime soon. I just wouldn't want anyone to miss a letter they may need.
The Wilcom mentioned earlier is free and works well too.
Just an update on this service ...The program at embroidery designs will allow 5 free per month then goes up to $2.95/10 conversions, $4.95/20, $6.95/40 and the highest price is $8.95 for unlimited. Sounds like this was a free service until the expenses made it necessary to add a charge or else they would need to drop that part of their service. Still not bad if you only need to convert a few designs every once in a while.
Thanks for the update on that. I have only used it once or twice as I have software that can convert. However I always like to try things out before I recommend them.
Welcome to the cute family. What you are looking for (besides the format you use) is a software that converts a design from one format to another that is useable for your machine. The good news is that the owner of Cute is very good about fixing problems.
That problem has been reported to the site owner and hopefully it will be corrected soon. In the mean time you can download Wilcomtrusizer as mentioned below to convert another type to .JEF.
Welcome to Cute Embroidery and I hope you will take some time to look through the Q&A section to see how things work around here. There are some very good tutorials there.
Glad to have you join us!
try out the wilcom site they have free software that will convert from one format to another as well as many other wonderful things like resizing and setting the density of the design.
Hi there and Welcome to Cute...there is a free sizing program in the link below...lots of Cuties use it...there are others as well, and I am sure other Cuties will be along as well...this should do the trick though...
