Thank you for all the letters you give us! This is perfect for my Christmas projects. Yes, I had trouble downloading as well but usually I can get the letter early the next day or even later that day. Don't give up! If that does not work vote for the letter!! I have been successful doing that as well! Have a super day everyone!

The deer ala. is beautiful. Only thing is you don't leave it on long enough if something happens we miss out on the letter.

I was able to get the I at 6am this morning. When the site is down the night before try getting it early the next morning. It works. I've done it several times.
