Gorgeous!!! Did you sew through the lining too? It will be a huge hit!
no, I ripped the lining at the bottom of the jacket, then I cut vertically to the neck. After embroidery, I closed with a satin stitch the cut I made, then I sewed the lining at the bottom, with a hidden stitch by hand. It make better work and lining slide always, so with an unhooped fabric like leather or faux leather you need that don't move on the hoop !!!
No need for anyone to give her PJ's she will sleep in this Jacket. You have done a fantastic job.
Wow! The jacket looks great! I like stitching designs from Urban Threads as their designs are unusual and beautiful. Your niece is going to love her new jacket and she is going to love her aunt for making it for her!
Looks great, my grand-daughter Jasana loves Monster High too, but she loves Draculaura! Love Chris
Nice. I wouldn´t dare make an embroidery on a new jacket. You are brave
i LOVE CHALLENGE, ah ah, but you know I was really scared when I worked on this, praying to not destroy the jacket... fortunatley, it's done perfectly !!
