LOL you sound like me Rae but I blame "old age" you don't have that problem. Hope you have found it by now. It will turn up and probably be surprised at where it is. I once found a pr. of socks in my fridge that I had been on my way to the sock drawer with. LOL. We get interrupted, lay it down , do something more pressing and forget about it 'till we want it, then the scavenger hunt is on./Lillian
My grandmother used to laugh and say, "It's right where you left it!"
Retrace your steps by starting with where you got it from a month ago and think of what was happening that day and why you got it out. This often works for me and I am The Finder in my family! Ha!
There has to be an Island of Missing Sewing and Craft tools. That's where my missing scissors must be.
Maybe its with the spare keys for my car that I have misplaced about 3 months ago. Hope you have luck finding it.
hugs
Helen
When you find it, check and see if my box of small candles are with it. They have been missing for over a month.
It's probably trying on the Christmas skirt.. hope you find each other soon. Marian
It will be with my knitting needle. I'll keep an eye open for both!
MY UFO!
I put things away in a place for another day -
and when I come to find it, guess what it's gone astray!
I know it's in there somewhere - hiding all alone.
It's just a case of look, find and see,
but I really think it's gone!
Been there, done that Raelene! Love Chris
Look stuck to the bottom of the NEXT project you decided to work on. :) I have that problem all the time.. If you want an assurance of finding it, wait till Christmas. It will practically jump right out at you the day after Christmas. :) Good luck with your search.
I do this all the time. It is probably in a brown plastic bag that you can not see through. Hope this helps!!! Kay
It's at the bottom of your to do list. Now can you help me find the stabilizer holder I've misplaced. I made the mistake of trying to straighten out my sewing room and it's gone AWOL! :)
Well it's not keeping my unfinished applique Xmas tree company.Found a FSL angle that needs assembling after soaking, though.
