Finally i have my designs. Its amazing how fast they found my details after i sent them the E mail informing them about contacting Pay Pal. Will I use them again I doubt it.
Personally, I would reserve the paypal option for a while. This is a reputable site that has been around quite a while, not a new one. You have heard from them a few times, and so it's not like you cannot reach them at all. We all seem to expect immediate reactions through the internet, and sometimes that just does not happen. There are so many personal things that could be going on. Your-or their-isp might have gotten a glitch and all email might not be going through.
Pm me some of the details, and I will send them an email from me-I am registered with them-and see if I can get an answer for you. Sometimes patience pays off, their designs are certainly worth it.

Open a dispute with PayPal and then they will sit up and take notice !!! I Have done this before and it really works. A Pain ! but better then losing your money.
Sorry you had all this trouble, I haven't had any problem with Golden Needles but have had a similar thing happening with Stitch it Cheap almost 3 months and no membership code.. Not sure what's happening with Internet Stores at the moment.. Just glad we don't have any of these problems with this site..
I've bought various designs sets over time but never had a problem. I could download via my account on the site for up to 4 times for a certain period. Had my eye on a set whilst on sale but if download could be a problem I guess I would rather not.
That sounds like some ISSUES I had not too long ago.

Such a good idea to use PAYPAL. I love PAYPAL and use it whenever I can. Some sites do not take PAYPAL and I steer AWAY FROM THEM.
I hope you get the designs you WANTED. It is a huge disappointment when you really want designs and you cannot get them. If you don't get them I hope you get your money back.

Sorry to hear this...I have never ordered from them, but with all that you have done...I would say that if you do not get resolve in the next 24 hours..file the grievance with PayPal and let them know what you have done...if they don't reply within 10 days..you will get a refund...I know that is not the resolve you want...but it is better than losing your money...
Several years ago I ordered designs and it took several days to receive them. Then they went with Oregon Patchworks and I ordered and did not have any problem. Now I notice they no longer deal with OP. Guess I too shall pass. I hope you get your problem resolved. Hugs, Mary
