Has anyone had the same problem with Golden needle designs as I am having

Last Wednesday i opened an account with them and ordered three items from their sale, the order was paid by pay pal and i received the pay pal payment invoice.
I was expecting instant download but nothing arrived from the Golden needle company.
I went into my account but found no designs for downloading. After waiting 24 hours i contacted the company and received an apology stating that the order had not shown in their accounts. but that this could be due to high demand caused by the sale. and that they would rectify the problem.
I then received designs i had not ordered and did not want. I contacted them again telling them that the problem had not been resolved. I received a request from them for more information about my order and so made copy and pasted the order number from the pay pal invoice and also the titles of the three design sets i had ordered and the format i wished them to be in.
I received a free gift from them but still no complete order.
I contacted them again today informing them that i will open a dispute with pay pal and request that is no designs are received i would ask for the return of my money. I have taken into account the time difference and been patient but there has been no reply from my last two E mails.
I am now wondering why they do not acknowledge my request for my designs but have received the money for them.
Yes I have checked the spam folder just in case but there is nothing in there.
Any advice would be very welcome as I cannot afford to phone them.
I will certainly not recommend any one to purchase from this company.

Finally i have my designs. Its amazing how fast they found my details after i sent them the E mail informing them about contacting Pay Pal. Will I use them again I doubt it.

Personally, I would reserve the paypal option for a while. This is a reputable site that has been around quite a while, not a new one. You have heard from them a few times, and so it's not like you cannot reach them at all. We all seem to expect immediate reactions through the internet, and sometimes that just does not happen. There are so many personal things that could be going on. Your-or their-isp might have gotten a glitch and all email might not be going through.
Pm me some of the details, and I will send them an email from me-I am registered with them-and see if I can get an answer for you. Sometimes patience pays off, their designs are certainly worth it.

Open a dispute with PayPal and then they will sit up and take notice !!! I Have done this before and it really works. A Pain ! but better then losing your money.

Sorry you had all this trouble, I haven't had any problem with Golden Needles but have had a similar thing happening with Stitch it Cheap almost 3 months and no membership code.. Not sure what's happening with Internet Stores at the moment.. Just glad we don't have any of these problems with this site..

I've bought various designs sets over time but never had a problem. I could download via my account on the site for up to 4 times for a certain period. Had my eye on a set whilst on sale but if download could be a problem I guess I would rather not.

That sounds like some ISSUES I had not too long ago.
These OUTFITS really need to get it together.

Such a good idea to use PAYPAL. I love PAYPAL and use it whenever I can. Some sites do not take PAYPAL and I steer AWAY FROM THEM.
I hope you get the designs you WANTED. It is a huge disappointment when you really want designs and you cannot get them. If you don't get them I hope you get your money back.

Sorry to hear this...I have never ordered from them, but with all that you have done...I would say that if you do not get resolve in the next 24 hours..file the grievance with PayPal and let them know what you have done...if they don't reply within 10 days..you will get a refund...I know that is not the resolve you want...but it is better than losing your money...

Several years ago I ordered designs and it took several days to receive them. Then they went with Oregon Patchworks and I ordered and did not have any problem. Now I notice they no longer deal with OP. Guess I too shall pass. I hope you get your problem resolved. Hugs, Mary
