Hi, Everyone.
I would appreciate help from anyone who has experience with the Cute Alphabets site. I purchased one of the fonts but can't figure out how to download the files. I thought I would simply go to "Download Center" and my files would be there. This should be simple but everything I try just takes me to where I can purchase it, which I have already done. So, if you have bought a font from that site and know how to get the files, I would really appreciate some help.Hope you are all having a nice day. It is minus 14 degrees (minus 20 with wind chill) right now where I live. For those of you who are wondering where on earth it could possibly be that cold right now, YES, I'm in Canada.

I have not bought anything recently, but My Orders gives me a nice list of things I bought. And so does download center. Make sure you are signed in, otherwise it won't work. And you can download any format you like
145304This may be silly, but I have done it. Make sure that you are signed in.
Look under your account and account history to see if the order is there. Sign out and sign in again. Hopefully it is just taking a little time to get into your download center.

It's actually Order History, not account History. Just didn't want her to be confused looking for the incorrect wording, but being sure you are signed in is an excellent suggestion. Thanks!
109774Go to Cute Alphabets and sign in if you are not already. Click on " Your Account" , then click on "Order History", a drop down will appear with Order History and a number following of the number of purchases you have made. Click on it and you will see all of your purchases.
