I need to talk something through in order that I can figure it out.............I want to make tags for Christmas & I was thinking of using Marine Vinyl do I have to put a back on it or what do I do? I just can't see it? Any help in reminding me would be appreciated

I was hoping to make tags rather like these but Christmas tags so now that I have talked it out & with Lyn's help I remember now that I put a backing on these too

You should make an extra and keep it so that next time you have a sample. I do this with projects that I know I will repeat at a later time. Hugs. Nan W

You could try a sample piece with stabilizer. I have embroidered on heavier vinyl and not used stabilizer. It will depend on the thickness. Hope this answers your question okay. Hugs Lynn

well how do I know what is the right thickness? I made a key chain with it on both sides so I was hoping to go with the same idea brb
