PE Design Next full version with" dongle-free registration keys" is newly listed on E-Bay by someone claiming to be in Coinsbrough Yorkshire, but there is no such town in existence, only one with a similar name; I have never heard of a dongle-free version; the price is unbelievably low; the postage is very high, with vendor claiming that the postage is high so they can list more items, but if you check to see what else is listed by that seller, this is the only item.

What do you think of this, Cuties? I love bargains, but I personally suspect it could be a hoax.

I bought this to upgrade to version 10 but because it doesn't come with a card reader it wouldn't let me do it. I did download it and it works fine no problem I asked for my money back and explained I only bought to use my upgrade and the man gave me a full refund no problem

When you get a "gut feeling" that something isn't right, there probably is something wrong. This one sound wrong on many levels!

Scam. Sounds to me the reason they made the postage high, because shipping is not refundable with most companies. So if you were to pay with Paypal and put in a fraud claim you would only receive the amount for the item, at least that is the way I think it works. Oh they are so clever.

This person has been advertising for a couple of months or so. I would sugget that they are in Coningsborough which is in Yorkshire. They have been selling PE design softwear and at the start were selling about 5 or more at the same time. Quite a few ebay sellers only have one item at a time. My money is still in my pocket so I can give no further details.

Sounds like a scam to me. You have done the checking and I am sure you are suspicious enough to give it a miss. My advice is to stay away from it. Marg
