Beautiful and I love that it is ITH! I like it just the way it is, doesn't really need crystals.
I have had this design for a few years. You have made me get it out ready for nest year
Nice..it sews out beautifully...and I just love the concept of adding each piece to the previous piece in the hoop....fascinates me...
I do not think it needs crystals. You have so much dimension with the stitching on ea. layer. It stands alone in it's beauty/Lillian
This is beautiful and truly elegant -- in the hoop? That's so amazing -- so here is yet another project to add to my list. Thanks for sharing.
Thank you...yes, amazing but this is done totally in the hoop...starts at the bottom and each section gets added to the next....when you are done with the star at the top...you are totally done...all in the hoop!
This is simply beautiful. The colors go to anything. Just love it.
Beautiful !!! Place the crystals where you would like them to see effect and if you do than glue them on
sometimes less is best it is absolutory gorgeous*******************
Does anyone know where you can buy this design in Australia please?. Christmas will[ be over before it would arrive from America. Merry Christmas
It is a download purchase at Embroidery Affair...no waiting...P.J.'s ITH tree...instant download after payment...
Its beautiful. It reminds me of a smaller tree that Katulle posted a few years ago.I checked the link out but the design is a bit to dear for me especially with our weak Aussie dollar & conversion fees adds on about 20%extra to the price.Hopefully it might come on sale during the next year .
Wow! Wow! Wow! Simply an amazing project and job u have done!!!
It is stunning - but perhaps the crystals would add some diminsion to it & you might like it - if not - give it to another & make you one without.
Love your tree. I made this but it was in cream and gold patterned fabric and does not look as good as yours. My next one will certainly be in satin. Thanks for the idea. Love it!
So glad you have enjoyed the journey of this project..I loved it...I am sure your cream and gold is beautiful..thank you for your kind comments!
Lovely......would love to do but my hoop is 4x4 only. Stunning design..neat work. Hugs...Shyam.
I agree with everyone below it is gorgeous.
How much gold thread do you use to make this?
Nancy
Thank you for your kind comments..gosh, I really don't know...I use 5,000mm spools...I don't think it really took that much though...I just looked at the instructions and they don't really say...I will say that if you had one 1100mm spool it would be plenty...top and bobbin thread are the same gold...
That's really nice. I guess you should just lay out some crystals and look at it for 1/2 a day to decide. I like it like this for sure.
Thanks, Cathy...that's is a great suggestion and probably what I will do!
Absolutely beautiful!! How was it working with gold thread? I like the idea of crystals on the star. This is stunning!!
Thanks, Laura...it isn't a metallic, so it was just fine...I think even with a good metallic thread it would not have been a problem...
It is beautiful just the way it is, but I agree with pldc. If you want to add a crystal, the star center would be the place for it!
Beautiful & I would add to the star only but either way well done!~hugs~
designgirl- this is the information that was listed in the other posts as to where to find this awesome design- She did an awesome job with a beautifully digitized design!

It is simply gorgeous. Is this your design or can you say where you got it?
I think it is absolutely beautiful just as it appears in the photos! You did a terrific job! Thanks for sharing.
Great job on this tree Kim, love the gold thread work. I don't think it needs anything else. Love Chris
Thanks, Chris...I kinda like it the way it is...but I may just lay a couple down on the star for another perspective...but then again..maybe not....
dein Baum ist wunderschön geworden, elegant und zeitlos, tolle Arbeit! :-)))
Yes this is very beautiful, I have this and never stitched it out, I think now is the time ,you have inspired me.
Hugs Pam
So great to motivate you to do this..It was really fun to do...and quite easy! Getter Dun!!!
This is gorgeous and the gold makes it even prettier. i love it as it is. but you can audition chrystals on top of it and then decide if you really want to add them or not.
Just perfect the way it is now. What beautiful stitching on each level. Love it.
This so beautiful. I think it looks just great the way it is. Nothing else needed
Thanks...I like it too, but was wondering what others might have to say about more bling...
This is delightful. I like your gold and white design better than their version with silver. www.youtube.com/watch?v=tZHEr9I0upw

Beautiful, what size hoop did you use?
Thank you..The designs require a 6x10 hoop and there are 11 designs that make up the tree.
Oh God this is beautiful, where can I purchase this pattern
The design is P.J's In the Hoop Tree and I got it at Embroidery Affair...
this is just beautiful, very nicely done and beautiful color choice
Very beautiful and I will hop on my fence and join you. I love it.
yes i love Kates free designs i miss her .Yours looks lovely .Mine is on my door hugs
Oh, not sure who Kates is...and this was not a free design...either you are very lucky...or they are not the same???
katulle used this shape to make a one-piece (much smaller) design which she offered in DBC.
Okay...not I get it..and I do have those smaller ones from Katulle...I just wasn't connecting the dots...this is a much different project than the one Katulle posted in DBC...
This is absolutely gorgeous. If I added any it might be very few as I think it's perfect the way it is. WOW
Yes, jsut a few. It isquite elegant, but I think it's almost all texture, except for the pretty curves, so more texture would be lovely too..
