I am sorry I had to remove the post with links to the DBC section. As long as maintenance is done accessing those designs might interfere with how the site as a whole works.
Thank you, mops I didn't know that was to this section, sorry if I caused any problems for Miss Veronica or you.
Hi Leaha...looks like you have your answer...I can't wait to see what you do!!! Please post your beauties in Projects for all of us to enjoy!
Will gladly do so, when they are done. I'm still busily stitching. I hope I can put the bells together. New challenge for me, love this site for the chances to learn and hone skills. Thanks for dropping by.
Look at the link I'm going to leave below. When you know the name or tag that it's called by, it's simple to look in designs and find what you want. You can copy the link and remove "lace" and replace it with anything you desire. :)
Thanks so much! I've just dl them and will try. If you read what I wrote to Miss Sue, maybe you can see why I'm confused. I like to use the designs from here and I thank you for your kind help.
Are you looking for something like the one at the link?
Have a look around page 150 in the designs section.
Are these self supporting? I guess I need to be educated more on what fsl is? To me these look like they need to be supported by cloth and are more line drawings. They don't have the fill in to hold themselves together. I think the reason I'm having trouble is I've stitched out two designs and they looked pretty but when I washed them out they were nothing but a pile of threads. Am doing something incorrectly? Thanks for taking the time to help me.
The redwork here is "lacy" whereas the other lace is free standing.
What are you using for a stabilizer?
I'm using the wss, like vilene. That's a misunderstanding on my part these are redwork and not self supporting like fsl. Thank you rescuer, I'm learning.
