Love these PJ's, as will he! For the second set, (when you get around to doing them too) You could make the pop of color even longer and put it on the sleeves and the pants cuffs and then could be folded up when the pj's are first fitting and then unfolded as the grows so that the PJ's can last those few extra months as little ones sure grow out of all the items we make for them, much too fast! Great Job and really love the pop of color with the piping red and it really does add that extra special pop to these PJ's.
Thanks & the bottoms are designed to do just that..........as for the top well since it is my first I followed the pdf just to make sure I did it right lol. A good idea to add to the sleeves too.

Well done Loralye. I used to make my Grandkids all Christmas pjay's, they looked forward to getting Grandma's special ones.
Just a thought instead of buttons, why not use snaps? Much easier than making buttonholes.
