I have just had a similar experience. I contacted them and said I wanted a refund and received one rapidly. I too wanted the goods but that's life and all was well in the end. Hopefully you will find the fabric elsewhere
I am so disappointed as the price is good $3.99 a yard and on the whole the fabric is quite good. Not top quality but good. I just think they are not well organized and hoping it is just teething problems and they will get better.
Well I have just cancelled my order. I checked on Paypal and the order hadn't been processed.
As I haven't had a reply to the previous 2 Emails I decided to cancel.
Pity as I really wanted that fabric.
How did you pay for your order? Sometimes the only recourse is to go to whomever you paid through and have them work on it for you.
I am still waiting for a reply from my second Email to them. I had ordered fabric with Christmas gifts in mind and a new grand baby due in 4 days. Having to re think ideas.
I have ordered twice from them with no problem. Here again I live in the States.
I have but I am in the states, Never had any problems and have asked questions that were answered promptly. Sorry to hear you aren't getting the same level of customer service
