Once you know how to make the block which you can learn from a You Tube video you don't need to buy the quilt book. Just lay out your blocks in a pattern that is pleasing to you. The possibilites are endless. I make little blocks of colored paper to represent my blocks and arrange and rearrange them until I find something that I want to sew together. You already know how to make the block so just let your creativity self run wild.
You got it my friend But ***I bought the book for my Granddaughter incase i die she still has it ,or maybe i say when i die lol hugs
go to half.com and enter 5 minute quilt block or 10 minute quilt block and you will or can get both for about 25.00 including shipping
Just love these colours. I will Google it as you suggest
Very excellent very pretty and beautiful.I think she will very happy for this.Have been a very good day .Hugs stella
Love the fabrics. Looks like it will be a nice quilt.
Wow, I think you found your solution.........love the fabrics, so pretty!
The blocks look very pretty. I hate sewing Y-seams, this seems a clever way to avoid doing that. Do you fasten the triangles in any other way than in the seams of the blocks or do you leave them as the are?
They are all beautiful. Lucky grand daughter!

This is a really neat block Carolyn I am going to have to google 5 minute blocks lol. ~hugs~
I watched the YouTube video for this and it is so simple and I see endless ways to put this together. I am anxious to give it a try but maybe I should concentrate first on the four that I am currently on. So much to try, so little time.
I knew you'd figure out how to simplify this process! I like how the placement of the blocks give a totally different look. Nicely done!
Love the colour choice. Your granddaughter will love anything you make her, my granddaughter does also. Merry Christmas to you and John. Hugs Lynn
She'll like anything you make her, cause it comes from your heart.
I love these blocks!! I usually find the 10min block takes me 30mins but will get faster with practice.. haven't seen a book but tutorials are on utube and I'm sure your granddaughter will love making these.. Marian
