Look who came to my house last night! Thank you dragonflyer for the awesome snowkid designs. Some of my snowkids are really special because my 5 year old grandson stuffed them all by himself. He was so cute and worked so hard. I know they aren't perfectly round, but they are perfect because he helped and was so proud of what he had "made". Thanks again, Kim! Merry Christmas all, and may all of your snowballs fly true.

Thanks everyone. * for all of you.
I thought the 7 year old would love doing this and he DID love throwing it, but the 5 year old sat in the floor while I was stitching them together and stuffed. He spent 20 minutes on just 2 of them and he NEVER sits still. Great craft for ants in the pants.

That is exactly what Christmas is about. Family doing things together. This is something he will remember forever.
My Mother had a rule in our house that everyone should make something and give it as a surprise gift to someone ( not a family member) it could be a neighbour or someone who serves you at the shop.
We still do it in my house now and my grand daughter a teenager loves the idea. She chose an old lady who she passes on the way to school each day who sits outside having a coffee. She made a mug rug for her.

I struggle to find enough things to keep this little guy busy. He even dusted under my desk the other day. shhhh I think there is a child labor law in Georgia.
