Thanks. I had gotten the email but I am struggling on how to get the designs because they are a different format. I guess I need my hubby to figure out how to do this since it is his software.
169064I watched a webinar about the new upgrade to TCP-U...I am on the fence about getting it...I have two other digitizing programs...both require a dongle or a reader box...and are expensive to keep up with...it is my understanding that once you purchase the Floriani, upgrades in the future are at no cost...is that correct...and you do not need a dongle or device to run it...still trying to justify the cost as it is expensive...

Correct, no dongle and upgrades/updates are free. Do not pay top dollar. Go to a Floriani event where they will knock $700 or more off the price and you get lots of lovely designs and threads, plus great seminar. Not paying for upgrades makes the price more palatable, doesn't it? A little bonus - you get five perfectly digitized designs free each month forever, too, plus immediate access to about 4 years of what they already have given away free.
