When I told my family in a very excited voice that I got a thread tower with 80 spools of thread in it for Christmas they sighed & looked so bored they said oh that's nice.........people who don't get this will say that but I knew if I showed you all here how excited I was when I unwrapped this you will understand & share in my excitement. I was like a kid in candy store. I have pretty much filled it with my excess threads & each spot wil hold three spools but my Metler is just a tiny bit too big to fit in the spots. It will be a great space saver too. I am showing all four sides so you can see the rainbow of colours. I think it is just so pretty.I think it has one of every colour even peach but I had to place it in behind another colour as there wasn't any lol

Know the feeling. I spent hours organising my new Hemingworth cabinet - 300+ colours.
It is nice to have understanding husbands. Mine bought me a cabinet to house my threads when I first bought my machine. It houses my scissors and glue stick and bobbins as I ended up buying the bigger thread reels. Neither of us knew any different before I bought the machine.

10550I know your excitement, that's how I always feel when I get anything that's part of my sewing, embroidering or quilting. LOL It's got to where when the kids ask "what do you want me to get you?" they also add "now don't say thread" My favorite gifts are Gift cards for Jo Anns or Hancocks or Hobby Lobby, now what could be easier to buy than that? 42046my twin sons got me $80.00 worth of roses for christmas, they thought i had lost it when i said i would have much rather gotten thread or needles for my machine , the flowers died in 4 days, oh what i could have sewed with all that thread and new needles,, they just don;t get it !! silly boys , love them any way, doris
